Pain Doula Program

i've  -write about pain and the program... introduce it. Also, what inspired you to create this program especially about the journey, that it is more about the journey than end result. Gently and with time guiding the body towards balance and healing. Of course noutrition and emotional healing play an integral role. 

Week One

Daily Energy Routine - to be done every day

The Daily Energy Routine created by Donna Eden addresses so many energetic aspects of the body and aura. It is most effective if done every day. From my personal experience, you need to give it time to see its impact especially if you have not been attuned to working or sensing energy. The Daily Energy Routine will bring profound changes to your health, well being, and the way that you stand in the world. My life changed once I began working with Energy Medicine. I grew by leaps and bounds and made choices as to how I want to live it and who and what I wanted to attract.

Week Two

Working Your Body's Aura

Your body is surrounded by layers of protection that comprise your aura, kind of like an invisible suit. These layers energetically communicated with the inside of you and also with the outside world. What we attract and are attracted to and when you feel completely naked - that is an instance of your aura communicating to you that you need more blanketing or clearing. 

Week Three

Learn About Polarity and How to Balance the MingMen and Your Ileocecal and Houston Valves

Our bodies have polarity, the north and the south and we want to makes sure that they are not reversed or frozen. I will teach you to use your hand as a magnet to balance the polarity in your body. Also the MingMen is the Father/Mother point of all the Acupuncture points in the body. That point needs to be nicely charged and balanced - kind of like a battery. The Ileocecal and the Huston valves energetically connect the lower part of the body with the upper. 

Week Four

Working the Irregular Energies in the Body

When the body is in pain, it signals that the energy in that pained area is stuck and cannot move. Sometimes working specific points in the area or working the whole painful area with your hands can shift or lessen the pain. Oftentimes when there is pain the energies in the body can run paralel and healthy energies always cross. Follow me while I teach you and guide you how to gently shift your body's energies and help them cross. 

Week Five

Calming Your Body's Flight, Freight, and Freeze - calming the Triple Warmer

When our bodies go through prolonged periods of pain or even short intense pain, it is absolutely normal for the body to be taken by a wave of intense energetic protection and instinct to survive and meet the incoming "danger". When this happens other systems in the body get weakened and balancing the Triple Warmer meridian and giving it calming attention can very much support the healing process. 

Week Six

Simple Way to Balance Your Chakra/s

Chakras are part of your aura and have layers as well. Here I will teach you how to balance your chakras or chakra that pertains to the area of the body that is in pain. Basically chakras can be cleared and balanced and this can significantly help in your healing process by addressing old stored perceptions, emotions or energies.
