Are You Still Battling Chronic Pain After You've Tried Everything?
If you are a woman over 40 who feels alone, desperate, broken and stuck, I know you - I've been there.
*
On your last visit, the doctors said there was nothing more they can do for you.
*
You've spent thousands of dollars on medical treatments and expert visits without any results.
*
You cannot walk out of the house, on your own two feet, to purchase your own groceries.
*
You feel constantly exhausted, depressed, and you wonder:
“What’s the point?”

I feel you... You've gone to the ends of the earth searching for relief, trying to heal, you hoped, and nothing helped.
But it doesn't have to be this way. You have done everything right, raised children, nurtured your marriage, and worked hard at your job.
You Are Worth Living Your Best Life!

Imagine...
5 weeks from now: you sit in meditation for a half hour and are surprised your pain did not bother you.

12 weeks from now: you go to the park and your friends are playing pickle ball. At first you don't know you can do it. But an unexpected child like joy rises inside of you that pushes you to join. You do and you feel alive, happy, and free.
9 weeks from now: you join the family holiday dinner and you feel calm, centered and in full awareness of the love you feel for all the people present.

Path to Grace
By my third year of living with chronic pain in my left foot, something in me began to shift.
I found myself asking: Why?
Why would a passionate dancer experience a sudden injury on stage… undergo surgery… and then never fully heal?
There had to be a reason.
With time, I understood that what happened on that stage was not just an accident.
It was an awakening. Not the kind that says, be more careful next time, but one that completely unraveled my life and led me into the unknown.
No one teaches us how to face devastating pain, loss, or grief.
And over time, it can become incredibly isolating.

...And That Quiet Grace Is Within You, Too
My approach gently teaches that even in the midst of pain, your body can remember how to expand—into awareness, presence, and all that is.
While contraction is a natural response, practicing acceptance—softening into what is, breathing out, allowing—creates a subtle but powerful shift. The body begins to release tension, make space, and find greater ease.
From this openness, we can work with Energy Medicine and Akashic healing protocols that support the body in repatterning its energies toward balance, health, and a deeper sense of freedom and grace.
As an Advanced Practitioner in the Eden Method, I’ve applied these protocols in my own healing journey, particularly in addressing over seven years of peripheral neuropathy pain.

At my lowest point, I found myself on my knees, asking for help.
But who was I asking? Who would hear me? Who would care?
And then… something shifted.
A quiet peace came over me.
I began to breathe. To gently rock myself.
To soften.
And in that space, something new was born—
a deep tenderness, a presence, a kind of love that I had never known before.
There were tears, yes… but also something else. Something sacred.
There is a saying:
When we take one step toward the Divine, the Divine takes a thousand toward us.
In that moment, I learned something that changed everything:
I am not my pain.
Pain is something I experience—but it is not who I am.
I am something far greater.
A being filled with light, with depth, with possibility.
And from that moment on, life began anew.

What's At Risk...
If you don't do anything, another year can pass where both the physical pain and the deeper soul wound remain unaddressed. You may hear the words, “time will tell,” and yet as weeks turn into months, and months into years, the pain doesn’t soften—it grows louder.
Your world can slowly become smaller, affecting your relationships, your sense of connection, and how fully you’re able to show up in your life.
The things you once dreamed of begin to sit quietly on the back burner… still there, but feeling further and further away.
And underneath it all, there is a deeper fear—one that is often left unspoken: "What if I don’t live the life I was meant to live? What if the years continue to pass, and I never truly feel fulfilled, at peace, or fully myself?"
This is the core of it—not just the pain in the body, but the possibility of a life half-lived.
